Live service health
The checks above run on page load and then automatically every 60 seconds while this tab is open. Each probe contacts the real upstream dependency directly and is bounded by a four-second timeout, so a slow or unreachable vendor surfaces here within seconds.
Recent incidents
Incidents resolved in the last 30 days. For older history, contact support@foundrybuilders.com.
No incidents resolved in the last 30 days.
Operator notes
Maintained by the Foundry team. Use this section for incident write-ups, scheduled maintenance windows, and known issues the automated probes wouldn’t catch.
How this page works
This page runs a live health check every time you load it. The colored panel at the top reflects the real-time result of probes against:
- The Foundry web application itself — proven by the fact that this page rendered
- Database & authentication — checked via a public health endpoint
- Subscription payments — checked via the payment provider's published status API
- Transactional email — checked via the email provider's published status feed
Each probe is bounded by a 4-second hard timeout so an unreachable dependency cannot stall the page. A response slower than 1.5 seconds is reported as degraded even if it ultimately succeeded.
Status definitions
- Operational — the dependency responded within the SLA window
- Degraded — the dependency responded slowly, is in maintenance, or its provider reports a minor incident
- Outage — the dependency timed out, returned an error, or its provider reports a major incident
- Unknown — we could not reach the status feed (the actual platform may still be healthy)
Scheduled maintenance
There is no scheduled maintenance at this time. Standard maintenance windows are Sunday 2:00–5:00 AM Central Time. We give at least 48 hours of notice for any maintenance expected to cause downtime — see the Support Policy for details.
